Caesar Salad Dressing


  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cup of canna oil
  1. Pasteurize eggs by boiling water and immersing the in-shell eggs in the water for 30 seconds
  2. Crack eggs into blender
  3. Add lemon juice, garlic, salt
  4. Blend for 1 minute then slowly add the canna oil while blender is still running

And so it begins...

balsamic vinaigrette
  • 3/4 cup of canna oil
  • 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons of dijon mustard (optional)
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper

Blend ingredients together. Store in a fridge overnight.
